Google Sheets function
TODAY function in Google Sheets
TODAY in Google Sheets returns the current date as a date value without a time component. It is volatile and updates when the spreadsheet recalculates, so it does not preserve the date when it was first entered. Use it for date comparisons, deadlines, and rolling day calculations.
